MERCK–MILLIPORE EXOSOME PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGY: FROM RESEARCH TO MANUFACTURING

Exosomes are opening up significant opportunities in biomedical research, regenerative medicine, and the development of advanced therapies. However, obtaining exosomes with high purity, consistent quality, and suitability for manufacturing requires the selection of appropriate concentration and purification technologies.

Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) is one of the key technologies used in exosome concentration and purification processes, with flexible applications ranging from preclinical research to industrial-scale manufacturing.

Key Considerations in the Production and Quality Assurance of MSC-Derived Exosomes

Through the presentation by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Phuc, participants will gain valuable insights into the key factors involved in the production, quality control, and quality assurance of exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).

In addition, the workshop will offer participants the opportunity to observe and experience Merck–Millipore TFF systems firsthand, engage directly with experts, and discuss practical challenges in developing, optimizing, and scaling up exosome purification processes.
