VITECH SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZES THE 4TH ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR “VITECH ANIMAL HEALTH DAY 2026”
Application of Advanced Technologies in Veterinary Medicine: Enhancing Diagnostic and Production Efficiency
On the morning of May 20, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vitech Company, in collaboration with Thermo Fisher Scientific, successfully organized the 4th Annual Scientific Seminar under the theme “VITECH ANIMAL HEALTH DAY 2026 - Application of Advanced Technologies in Veterinary Medicine: Enhancing Diagnostic and Production Efficiency.”
The event once again affirmed Vitech’s role in accompanying Vietnam’s livestock, veterinary, and biological research sectors by providing a reputable professional forum where experts, scientists, research institutions, universities, veterinary sub-departments, livestock enterprises, and vaccine manufacturers could exchange insights on emerging technology trends in disease control and production efficiency improvement.
This year’s seminar was honored to welcome the participation and valuable sharing of reputable speakers and experts in the fields of veterinary medicine and molecular biology, particularly:
Associate Professor, PhD Nguyen Thanh Lam - Can Tho University
Professor, PhD Nguyen Ngoc Hai - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
In addition, the event was attended by senior leaders and experts from Thermo Fisher Scientific, who brought updated, practical, and highly applicable perspectives to the program.
During the seminar, experts shared in-depth insights into the application of gene sequencing technology in the detection, monitoring, and control of diseases in livestock. The information presented not only helped enhance diagnostic capabilities but also opened up new approaches to optimizing vaccine production processes, developing proactive disease prevention strategies, and achieving more effective disease control.
Alongside the professional discussion sessions, participants also had the opportunity to directly experience and learn about new equipment and technology solutions from Thermo Fisher Scientific distributed by Vitech in Vietnam. Highlights included the M3000 inverted fluorescence microscope, AmpQuest™ 96 Real-Time PCR System, and various equipment, chemicals, and biological products serving research, diagnostics, testing, and production.
Through this seminar, Vitech aims to provide customers and partners with practical technology updates while contributing to narrowing the gap between scientific research and practical application in veterinary medicine, livestock production, vaccine manufacturing, and biosafety control.
