Job Description:
- Inspect and test equipment upon receiving from the manufacturer.
- Monitor, inspect, and coordinate with the Warehouse Department during storage and preservation of equipment at the warehouse.
- Participate in the selection and technical consultation of equipment configurations.
- Prepare procedures and documents for demos and equipment handover/installation (Demo warehouse in/out form – Warranty form/Vietnamese instruction manuals, etc.).
- Perform handover, installation, instruction, and operation of equipment; regular inspection and maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in training and share product expertise with manufacturers, colleagues, and customers.
- Provide advice and support to customers regarding product applications.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various laboratory machines and equipment.
- Provide customer care and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Perform other tasks as requested by direct management.
- Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, molecular biology.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in equipment repair/similar position in biotechnology/biomedical field.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Benefits:
