Immuno-Oncology Checkpoint 14-Plex Human ProcartaPlex™ Panel 1
The Human Immuno-Oncology Checkpoint 14-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 1 enables cancer research by analyzing 14 protein targets using Luminex xMAP technology. This panel allows simultaneous detection of the soluble forms of proteins that play a crucial role in the regulation of T cells, leading to either T cell exhaustion or stimulation, thus modifying the antitumor immune response. Analysis of these soluble biomarkers could help to shed light on the biology of the pathways. It complements Immuno-Oncology Checkpoint 14-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 2(Cat. No. EPX140-15815-901) and Oncology Checkpoint 10-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 3 (Cat. No. EPX100-15820-901) providing 24 additional protein targets in the same research area.
ProcartaPlex preconfigured panels are extensively tested for analyte combinability, interference, and cross-reactivity to provide the highest level of validation and precision. All ProcartaPlex panels are supplied with the necessary reagents to perform the assay.

Luminex® 100/200™ System
The Luminex® 100/200™ System is a flexible analyzer based on the principles of flow cytometry.
The system enables you to multiplex (simultaneously measure) up to 100 analytes in a single microplate well, using very small samples. The system delivers fast and cost-effective bioassay results on many assay formats including nucleic acid assays, receptor-ligand assays, immunoassays, and enzymatic assays.
The Luminex 100/200 System is the combination of three core xMAP® Technologies. The first is xMAP microspheres, a family of fluorescently dyed micron-sized polystyrene microspheres that act as both the identifier and the solid surface to build the assay. The second is a flow cytometry-based instrument, the Luminex 100/200 analyzer, which integrates key xMAP detection components, such as lasers, optics, fluidics, and high-speed digital signal processors. The third component is the xPONENT® software, which is designed for protocol-based data acquisition with robust data regression analysis.
The total system includes the Luminex 100/200 analyzer, the Luminex XY™ plate handling platform, and the Luminex SD™ sheath fluid delivery system, software and PC. A professional training session for one person is also included. Built on xMAP Technology, this system allows multiplexing of up to 100 analytes in a single well of a microtiter plate.
Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Convenience 45-Plex Human ProcartaPlex™ Panel 1
The Human Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor 45-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 1 enables the exploration of immune function by analyzing 45 protein targets in a single well using Luminex xMAP technology. The panel is comprised of five modular sub-panels that allow for an initial broad screen to determine targets of interest and subsequent studies analyzing specific functional subsets of cytokines that can be purchased separately. The sub-panels are fully combinable with each other or with individual simplex assays corresponding to the targets in the panel. The same targets can be found in the Cytokine/Chemokine/Growth Factor Convenience 45-Plex ProcartaPlex Panel 1 (Cat. No. EPXR450-12171-901) that is in a ready-to-use format that requires less pipetting.
