The BACGene Salmonella Tranoroa kit was designed as a real-time PCR-based method for the specific and exclusive identification of Salmonella enterica subsp. salamae serotype Tranoroa in food, feed and environmental matrices. Presumptive positive results for Salmonella spp. can be re-tested rapidly and reliably for S. Tranoroa, directly from the original lysates, allowing for proper process control mechanisms to be implemented without a high demand of additional hardware and consumables.

Kit components:

- 1x/10x BACGene Salmonella Tranoroa, with pre-dispensed master mix and PCR support grid. Store at -20°C ± 2°C and protect from light

- 1x/10x Optical caps, for use with PCR plate, 12 strips

- 2x/20x Salmonella Tranoroa positive control plasmid DNA, vial with yellow cap, 50 μL, store at -20°C ± 2°C. Do not freeze/thaw more than 6 times.
