Khâu chuẩn bị lọc:

Phương pháp vệ sinh: Có thể được khử trùng bằng nước nóng trong 20 chu kỳ, sử dụng nước tinh khiết, 80°C trong 30 phút.

Phương pháp khử trùng: Có thể được khử trùng bằng hơi nước trong 3 chu kỳ hơi nước steam-in-place (SIP) 30 phút ở 123°C.
Điều kiện phân tích:

Tách chiết gravimetric: Hấp khử trùng (1 chu kỳ 30 phút ở 123°C) và rửa bằng nước tinh khiết 100 L/m2 (10 L/ft2) diện tích bề mặt.

Độ dẫn của mẫu nước ở 25°C: Rửa bằng nước tinh khiết 10 L/ft2 (100 L /m2) sau mỗi lần hấp khử trùng (1 chu kỳ 30 phút ở 123°C) thiết bị 12” 16 lớp.

Tổng dư lượng carbon hữu cơ (TOC): sau khi hấp khử trùng (1 chu kỳ 60 phút ở 123°C) và rửa bằng nước tinh khiết 10 L/ft2 (100 L/m2) của diện tích bề mặt màng lọc.
